What is the College Opportunity Fund (COF) and how do I apply for it?

College Opportunity Fund (COF)

The College Opportunity Fund (COF) is used by the state of Colorado to pay a portion of the total cost of undergraduate degrees for Colorado residents attending Colorado public institutions. You must request this state-paid portion of your tuition each semester, but you only have to apply once. You must authorize the use of the funds at each school you attend. At RRCC, you can authorize your COF through The Rock. Please email us or visit our College Opportunity Fund webpage for more information.
